Colorado visitors will find something for everyone at the Rocky Mountain State Games.
Are you ready for an adventure in Colorado? The Rocky Mountain State Games is a festival with more than 40 different sports competitions running from July 17 to 19 and July 24 to 26, 2015, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This event is open to all ages, skill levels and to those with physical disabilities.
The opening ceremonies will kick off with a celebration in Downtown Colorado Springs featuring live entertainment, activities and food on July 18 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. It is a chance for the athletes to come together. The event is free and open to the public. This Colorado Sports Festival is a mixture of the Olympics and X Games with 2015 events including archery, baseball, basketball, billiards, cricket, disc golf, dog agility, paintball, shooting and speed skating. There are also associated events including the Pikes Peak Cycling Hill Climb; Pikes Peak is 14,114 feet high, and this is a challenging event for those seeking a real adrenaline rush.
There's no need to look far for accommodations while you're attending the Rocky Mountain Games or cheering on a loved one. The classical Antlers Hilton Colorado Springs offers hospitality to all of the Downtown Colorado Springs Sports Festival participants, officials and their families. The 27,500 square feet of Antlers meeting space includes multiple restaurants, including Judge Baldwin's. There is also a barbershop, Turkish Bath, billiards and children's play area on our grounds, and none of the 75 large guest rooms are completely alike.
The Antlers Hilton Colorado Springs offers first-class rooms for all Rocky Mountain Games guests, including a mini-bar and refrigerator. A London-style double-deck bus can shuttle guests to the Rocky Mountain sporting events. At the Antlers Hilton Colorado Springs, we invite all athletes to enjoy the competitive spirit of the Rocky Mountain Games and have fun!
